無味交聯(lián)劑BIPB

無味交聯(lián)劑泛稱BIPB無味架橋劑，可作為氯化聚乙烯、三元乙丙橡膠、EVA乙烯—醋酸乙烯共聚物、硅橡膠、丁晴橡膠等 塑料和橡膠的交聯(lián)劑, 也可作為 PP 降解劑。在同等交聯(lián)效果的情況下，添加量約為DCP的2/3。操作過程中及制成的制品中刺激性臭味小。

BIPB is a bifunctional peroxide which is used for the crosslinking of natural and synthetic rubbers, as well as thermoplastic polyolefins.

性質(zhì) /  Description

不溶于水；部分溶于乙醇、乙醚、苯、四氯化碳等有機溶劑。

分解溫度 182℃（半衰期 1 分鐘），118—120℃（半衰期 10 小時）。

Organic peroxides are thermally unstable substances, which may undergo self-accelerating decomposition. The lowest temperature at which self-accelerating decomposition of a substance in the original packaging may occur is the self-accelerating decomposition temperature (SADT). The SADT is determined on the basis of the Heat Accumulation Storage Test. The SADT is 80℃.

包裝貯運 / Packaging and Transportation

本產(chǎn)品內(nèi)包裝 PE 塑料袋，每袋凈重 5或10 公斤；外紙箱包裝，每箱凈重 20 公斤。

存貯溫度30℃以下，本產(chǎn)品不易變質(zhì)。運輸時應避免曝曬和激烈震動。

避免受熱，嚴禁與強酸、 還原劑等共貯混運

The standard packaging is 1 carboard box for 20 kg peroxide.

Both packaging and transport meet the international regulations. Keep containers tightly closed. Store and handle BIPB in a dry well-ventilated place away from sources of heat or ignition and direct sunlight. Never weight out in the storage room.

Avoid contact with reducing agents, acids, alkalis and heavy metal compounds (ex: accelerators, driers and metal soaps).
